LPS was contracted to finish our unfinished basement that is approximately 1700 square feet. LPS added a gym, bar/kitchen, theater, full bathroom, washer/dryer closet, and bedroom. The project went really well and we quickly learned that we could count on the LPS team to come through with various requests and change orders. We are very happy with our finished basement and are enjoying our new living space, especially the theater. The word of mouth from my neighbors and friends have been nothing but positive and they really came through for us. Our little kitchen in our Ashburn townhome was very outdated and we've been planning a remodel for a couple of years now. Just one word "Awesome". I purchased a new home and was selling my previous home. Both new and old properties needed full paint job plus the old house also needed other work (deck stained, Pressure Washed, Replacing wood railing on front porch, and fence door, carpet stretched to remove the buckling and bumps and junk removal of things I was not taking to my new home). My realtor recommended LPS as a one stop contractor for all my needs instead of hiring multiple contractors to do the different projects. We highly recommend Doug and his professional builders at Loudoun Property Solutions, and wish we had found them first. We had two bathrooms being renovated by another company which we fired after months when their work couldn’t pass inspection. Doug and LPS saved us! Despite us having to redo work, and them having a very busy schedule, LPS worked us in to immediately repair our bathrooms before the school year began. In only three weeks all of the corrections were done, and we had two new bathrooms beautifully installed and ready to use! LPS did great and clean work, protected the rest of our home with drop cloths, always wore masks, always explained what was being done and what was next, and were a delight to work with. LPS was not the least or most expensive quotes we got. But they were the contractor company that saved us, and did beautiful work along the way.

We hired LPS to do a hallway bathroom renovation. This project involved replacing the subfloor where it had softened due to water damage, turning a bathroom closet into a hallway linen closet, tiling the floor, and replacing the toilet, the vanity, and the shower faucet. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work and the high ethics of the team. We had a positive experience with every crew member who came to work on the project. The LPS team just completed our master bath, kitchen, and carpet update. We really enjoyed working with both Doug and Noe and love the final product. Our process was a little different because of covid-19 and delays in accessories and cabinetry. Doug and Noe did everything in their power to make sure our items would be delivered and kept me updated along the way. I liked the balance of leaning on Doug for initial design thoughts and then my responsibility to choose the accessories. Couldn’t be happier with my Reno from LPS. Doug was so easy to work and gave great suggestions and really listened to what you wanted. In fact my favorite thing about my kitchen is extending the molding on the cabinets that he suggested. We did new countertops that needed to tie in with an existing backsplash, refinished the cabinets, new lighting in the kitchen, painting the majority of rooms throughout the house and some outside repairs to the deck and siding. Doug will work with your budget needs. Every person that came through my door was friendly, professional and very skilled. And what hard workers. I look forward to working with LPS again in the near future.
