The simplest way to schedule a free estimate is to complete our ESTIMATE REQUEST FORM. Once submitted, we’ll have all the information we need to contact you to set up your in-home appointment! Estimates are usually provided within 7 business days of the appointment visit.

Whether you’re looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom,  finish your roughed-in basement, or put an addition on your home, let LPS manage all the pieces for you – from the carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, to roofers – the LPS team can do it all!

As our name suggests, we mostly serve Loudoun County, VA, but we also work in certain areas in Fairfax, including Great Falls, Fair Oaks, Chantilly, Fairfax Station and Oakton.

No, we do not do handyman work such as individual plumbing or electrical issues. We do, however, offer plumbing and electrical services as part of kitchen/bathroom or additions.

For interior projects, almost any time of the year can be a good time to start. Keep in mind, if you’re planning to use your kitchen during big holidays, you’ll want to plan your kitchen renovation so that it is completed well before!

For exterior projects, obviously weather can be an important factor. Exterior painting projects should only be attempted when it is 45 degrees or above with no chance of rain in the forecast. For that reason, flexibility in start dates is a necessity. Keep in mind that calendars fill up quickly once Spring Fever hits. For first dibs, schedule your exterior painting projects while it’s still cold outside! 

We stand by our work and we are committed to our clients’ needs.  We provide a 1-year workmanship guarantee.  If the issue is with a defective product, we will refer you back to the manufacturer’s warranty.

We are dedicated to getting our projects done right the first time, but we know that sometimes things happen. Should you experience a problem with any LPS workmanship within one year of your project completion, send an email to warranty@loudounps.com with the following information.

  2. Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Detailed description of the issue(s)
  5. Attach relevant photos 

Once received, we will contact you to set up a date and time to evaluate the problem and solution.

First, we understand that you might change your mind about something as you see your project progress. This is okay and we prefer to modify the plan rather than leaving leaving you unsatisfied. All change orders will be made in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. However, please understand that changes can incur additional costs in materials and labor.
