We stand by our work and we are committed to our clients’ needs. We provide workmanship guarantees for both interior and exterior services. If the issue is with a defective product, we will refer you back to the manufacturer’s warranty.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Coverage:
Services Included:
– All interior services provided by our company.
– Home Additions
– Decks & Patios
Warranty Period:
– 1 year from the date of completion of the service.
What is Covered:
– Defects in workmanship such as improper installation or application.
– Issues directly related to the quality of labor provided.
Product Defects:
– Product defects are not covered under this workmanship warranty.
– Any defects in the materials or products used will be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusions:
– Damage caused by natural wear and tear.
– Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to maintain the work.
– Issues arising from modifications or repairs done by others after the original service.
– Damage due to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other Acts of God.
– Any cosmetic defects that are not associated with workmanship quality.
– Issues arising from structural movement, settling, or foundation shifts.
– Vandalism or damage caused by a third party.
– Damage caused by water intrusion or moisture unless directly related to the workmanship of the initial service.
Claims Process:
– To file a claim, the customer must notify us in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
– We reserve the right to inspect the defect claim to confirm its validity under the warranty before undertaking any repair work.
– If a defect covered under this warranty is found, we will repair or replace the defective work at no cost to the customer.
3-Year Workmanship Warranty

– Exterior Repairs
Warranty Period:
– 3 years from the date of completion of the service.
What is Covered:
– Defects in workmanship such as improper installation or application.
